As part of Pointe91, a small shopping centre will be home to 6-8 small to medium shops. It will include an anchorstore for produce and consumer products, banking services, an upscale bakery, a Chic café, and etc. In addition, Pointe91 will also have a convenient gas station and car wash available as part of the community.

The amphitheatre will 3 – 4 exclusive balcony sections reserved for esteemed guest. Overhead, the use of an infinity pool overflowing will trickle through the steps creating a harmonious and constant flow of water to the ocean below. The amphitheatre features state of the art technology and entertainment equipment, accommodating up to 250 guests.

This building will be established for the convenience of the residential community to be utilized for their respective faiths. It will include state of the art technology, comfortable chairs and have ample room for medium to large gatherings
