Pointe91 is developing Vietnam’s first full luxury residential community that will embody Vietnam’s elegant history, from the Cham Dynasty and French-Classical colonial times to today’s innovative and soaring designs. Our project includes 227 residential homes built around 8 different communities, ranging from 1,500 – 8,000 square feet giving our buyers a large selection of inventory to choose from, something not found in Vietnam at the current time.
