On 5 August 2011, the Certificate of Land Use Rights for Pointe91 project has been issued to PHILand Vietnam (a wholly-owned subsidiary of PHILand Ranch). The Certificate regulates the use rights over the land lot of 235,500 m2 (equivalent to 23.55 hectares) for the construction of Pointe91 Luxury Resort & Living Community and the ownership rights over premises as well as other assets associated with such land lot, covering 50 years with expiration due in April 2061.

Auditing for PHILand Ranch Limited – Updated 14/06/2011
From the week commencing 13 June 2011, two international auditors who have of late arrived in Vietnam shall perform their auditing duties for PHI Land Ranch Limited and subsequently sign-off all the reports thereof. The entire process is expected to get completed within two weeks.
